South America has some amazing wine, and women in Argentina and Chile swear by it for not only being delicious, but help reduce signs of aging! Wine is not just for drinking – it can help you get younger looking skin!
You’ll Need
- Red Wine (preferably from Argentina, but we won’t judge if you’ve got a Trader Joe’s three buck chuck)
- Yogurt
- Honey
- Oatmeal
All of these ingredients work best when they’re at their most raw, organic form. Honey helps retain moisture, yogurt helps reduce discoloration, and oatmeal helps exfoliate and reduce inflammation. And red wine helps clear the skin, prevent breakouts, and it also has anti-inflammatory properties.
How to
- Put yogurt in a bowl
- Add 2 tsp of honey
- Sprinkle on some oatmeal
- Add a little bit of wine (and maybe drink a glass!)
- Mix it together and apply it to your face in circular motions
- Let it sit for 15-20 min
- Rinse it off!
You can also add wine to your bath for a full- bodied treatment. Pun intended.
